All orders must be paid up-front before design process starts, and once design process starts there are no refunds. I will however, always do my best to make sure that the design you recieve is to your satisfaction"
- How Long To Get My Minisite Designed? "I'll be honest with you, I'm a one man show, and have lots of orders to fullfill at any given day of the week. I can't and won't promise your minisite to be finished in 24 hours like many others, that's just not realistic for a busy one man show.
But I always do my best to get your order within the agreed upon amount of time, which is normally between 3 and 5 days for most projects. Larger projects with more details could take up to 7 days to finish and deliver.
All the above mentioned informatin is assuming that I have all the necessary information I need from you to start the design process. Unfortunatley the clock does not start ticking until I recieve all information needed."
